Our Story
David is a primary school teacher in Hong Kong. He loves being in the classroom in front of the students, helping them learn and encouraging them to have fun while they do so.
One day, for school photos day, he wore a bow tie for the fun of it. His grade 2 students noticed and commented excitedly. He realized that one way to grab their attention and shake up the day a little was to wear a fun bow tie from time to time.
David had difficulty finding bow ties that would capture his students' imagination, so he figured out a better solution. He bought a sewing machine and taught himself how to make his own bow ties.
Bositos is a made up word. It brings to mind "bow (ties)" and little bear ("osito" in Spanish).
