Our Story
David is a primary school teacher in Hong Kong. He loves being in the classroom in front of the students, helping them learn and allowing them to have fun while they do so.
One day, for school photos day, he wore a bow tie. His grade 2 students noticed and commented excitedly on it. He realized that one way to grab their attention and bring a little joy into their school days was to wear a bow tie.
David had difficulty finding bow ties that would capture his students imagination, so he figured out a better solution. He bought a sewing machine and taught himself how to make his own bow ties.
Bositos is a made up word. It brings to mind "bow (ties)" and little bears (in Spanish).
